South Shore Radiological Associates (SSRA) is a well-established private practice group comprising 30+ radiologists located just south of Boston, MA. SSRA is seeking fellowship-trained onsite and remote radiologists for full-time partnership or employment in the following areas: Breast Imaging, Diagnostic Imaging, and Evening remote swing shifts (7 on/14 off). We provide imaging services for South Shore Health (SSH) and South Shore Hospital, the largest independent health system and largest community hospital in southeastern Massachusetts. South Shore Hospital, 10 miles south of Boston, is a 396-bed hospital, level 2 Trauma Center, with MICU, neonatal ICU, and a Primary Stroke Center. SSH has a large primary care group referral base from South Shore Medical Center, a large multispecialty medical practice, as well as strong clinical partner affiliations with Boston Children’s Hospital, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Large multispecialty surgical services include trauma, thoracic, breast, colorectal surgery, ENT, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and urology. These referral patterns result in a highly diverse and interesting case mixture. South Shore Hospital is located 10 miles south of Boston, a truly world-class multicultural city. Our radiology divisions practice in the areas of diagnostic, vascular, and interventional radiology. Our northern radiology division, based in Bangor, receives referrals from over a 250-mile territory that encompasses five counties. The southern radiology division is based in the greater Portland area, and many of our radiologists work at Maine Medical Center, Maine’s only Level One verified trauma center.
