On November 28th, Unified Radiology held its bi-annual membership meeting in Chicago. Throughout the day, members collaborated and shared valuable insights and best practices on topics such as how to help solve staffing challenges, methods for measuring productivity and compensation, and strategic approaches to hospital system relationships. Also discussed were Unified Radiology’s three pillars: management services, technology (common workflow platform), and teleradiology (overnights, weekends, greater sub-specialization). Additionally, members were given updates on the current medical malpractice and cyber liability insurance markets.
